Welcome to The Voluntary Exchange, L.L.C. We are so glad you have shown interest in joining our group. The primary goal of our investment group is to provide each member education and support while pursuing personal investment opportunities, whether in personal brokerage portfolios, 401k accounts or other investment plans. We also want to provide an atmosphere that makes investing in the stock market seem more accessible to all people and less of an overwhelmingly ambitious task.
Our group, founded on September 5, 2013, has members of various backgrounds ranging from education to engineering and social work. We are a voluntary effort, but we do expect that each of our members participate in research and discussions on the type of investments we make as a group. We pool our money on a monthly basis to take advantage of a larger buying power,compound interest rates and growth in rates of return on our investments. Since money is at the center of what we do in this group, it is important that we build and maintain a sense of trust for each other.
As a state registered L.L.C. as of January 2014, each member is obligated to sign and abide by the Partnership Agreement and Club Bylaws. We are also registered with the National Association of Investment Clubs (NAIC), which is a non-profit organization that develops some of the education and tools platform our group utilizes.
In addition to bringing investment education to our members, we also invest in our community.
Being a Charlotte, NC based group, we make sure that we invest time and money into local project for women's shelters, homeless outreach and AIDS awareness to list a few. For more information please dont hesitate to contact us.
