Brandi Fox

Vice President
Brandi is a wife, mother of 2, social worker, and entrepreneur.  Brandi is the owner of Pamper Us Mobile Massage Service a mobile spa company within the Charlotte metro area that provides mobile massage therapy, nail, and make-up services all in the comfort of your home or location of choice.  In addition to her business, Brandi is also a Social Worker at the Department of Social Services.  She graduated from UNC Charlotte in 2012 with her Bachelors in Social Worker and is now attending Strayer University pursuing her MBA in Management and will be graduating May 2015.  In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, travel, and organize ways to knock things off her lifetime bucket list.






 

Glasher Shealey

Secretary
Glasher graduated from Elizabeth City State University December 2011 with a degree in Biology and a minor in Secondary Education with teacher licensures in Biology and Comprehensive Sciences. She teaches high school Science (Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science) at the Middle College at GTCC High Point in High Point, NC. Glasher also serve as advisor for Student Council and our Energy Wise club. I recently completed my Master of Science Education degree from Georgia State University. Glasher currently serve as Ivy Leaf Reporter for the Phi Omega (Winston-Salem) chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, member of the advisory board for National Council of Negro Women for the North Carolina A&T section and member of the Alamance-Guilford County section of NCNW.







 

Edward Gates Jr.

Treasurer 
A native of Richmond, VA, Edward Gates, Jr. (Ed) is a 2002 graduate of the University of Richmond's E. Claiborne Robins School of Business with a major in Business Administration concentrating in Management Systems.  Currently, Ed serves as a Compliance Analyst in the healthcare data analytics arena.  Ed has had the pleasure of working as a mentor through Partnership for the Future, assisting high school seniors with the college application process.  He has continued his relationship with the University of Richmond in several capacities through the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Alumni and Career Services.  In July of 2014, Ed began serving a three-year term as a member of the University of Richmond Alumni Association (URAA) Board of Directors.  In addition, Gates has served as Managing Partner of a marketing development business, the Vice President of Membership for a communications and leadership development organization and a founding member of the Voluntary Exchange investment group.
